      1. is "Green Gate Grove Property Owners' Association", a registered with the TX Secretary of State Comptrollers Office, non-profit corporation which is owned by the individual Lot Owners who purchased property in the subdivision.

      2. is "SCOA" (Senior Citizen Owners' Association)was original organized for the purpose of legally playing Bingo in the subdivision, who took over managing the lot owners money and the affairs of Green Gate Grove Corporation (without being voted on or approved by the individual lot owners, who are part owners of the corporation)
